Sigma Squad Return Policy
At Sigma Squad, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- Return Eligibility
- You may return most new, unused items within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- With all original tags, accessories, manuals, and documentation
- In resalable condition
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
- Personalized or customized products
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering
- Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at returns@sigmasquad.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back within 5 days of approval.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
- Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
- Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
