Sigma Squad Return Policy

At Sigma Squad, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Return Eligibility
  • You may return most new, unused items within 5 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and in their original packaging
    • With all original tags, accessories, manuals, and documentation
    • In resalable condition
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at returns@sigmasquad.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back within 5 days of approval.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

  1. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

  1. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
